Well, Andres Carne de Res is not a Martini bar, it is a circus, a daylight dream, a world exhibition of human intelligent craziness. You still can get a Martini there, so here we go. You have to travel some 45 minutes to the outskirts of Bogota to reach it, and once you are there the thing starts. Get there at 7 pm, to see the place changing, with families leaving place to groups of friends, the music getting louder, and many peculiar things happening. Look for Andres, the owner, and get trapped in his stories. To get a feeling of the place have a look at the website, but – believe me – nothing compared to the real thing. Classic Martini rate: 6/10.
